Braveheart has always been a great movie (not perfect due to several historical inaccuracies and creative license where the truth would have sufficed). But the improvements in video quality, and even more so audio quality, as a result of remastering are excellent. In a movie in which the cinematography is so great, and the sound so important, this is great news. My disc player does a great job of up-scaling the image for our OLED UHD TV, and it's like seeing Braveheart in a movie theater again.

I grew up watching the first Star Wars series in the 70s & early 80s, and have been a fan since the beginning.
My kids enjoyed the second series (Episodes I, II, & III) when they were growing up, although personally I only found Episode III to be a worthy installation.
So I was excited to see what Disney might do with this most recent Episode after all of these years waiting. In short, we all loved it. Was it perfect? Of course not. But overall I thought they did an outstanding job with casting, story line, and production, enough so that I saw it in the theater twice (some of our children saw it even more), and we purchased the Blu-Ray within a few days after its release.
