I bought 4 gift cards for Christmas presents to find out from people I gave it to tell me they were not activated. I called customer service and they were aware of the situation. I asked them if they could activate them over the phone but could not. I was asked to come in so they can be confirmed being used or not. Quite embarrassing for myself to ask the recipients to return them to me and an inconvenience to go back to the store to get these activated.

I got this mesh router cause I was having issues connecting wireless cameras outside my home. The setup was easy and it expanded the wifi coverage to where I needed it. My backyard and garage were my weakest signal areas. After this purchase, I am getting full coverage to the back fence of my backyard all the way to the end of driveway! If I have electrician install my ring security spot light do you have to press a button on it after installation in order to tie it to your wifi and phone? I read on doorbell security camera you have to push button on doorbell before program to phone.

if install ring security camera on original light on switch. if switch is turned off does the light have to be reprogramed back to phone when switch back on?

Is this now usable with Windows 7 64 bit? Does it only record to the cloud or can it record to your computer?
Not that I'm aware of, but you should check their website or contact their customer service. I currently pay for their cloud service. If you have at least 4 cameras, it is worth paying for the RING PLUS service that puts all your recordings on a cloud which is $100. The usual cost for this service per camera is $30 a year.
