I went from a dishwasher of 55 decibels to this one at 48 decibels... that has to be my favorite thing so far. I can't hear it when its running! But also, my dishes are thoroughly cleaned! Its easy to load and operate. So I'm very happy!

What's great about it: Easy to install and operate... but the best thing is its very quiet!! Also gets my dishes clean!!
What's not so great: So far there isn't anything I don't like about it.
