Poor venting

I am very disappointed in the venting ability. I have it vented through the roof. It does not draw all of the steam which ends up fogging up the front of the microwave. I had them come back out to make sure it was installed correctly and the installer said this was a common complaint. Reading reviews on line, I see he is right.
