Simple and cheap, but beware the distance

The description says it will work up to 32.8 FEET away, but after setting it up only 12 feet away I have issues with loss of signal from time to time. Note: I have nothing in-between the USB and the keyboard/mouse either (I have it plugged into the front of my computer and the front of the computer facing the keyboard). Other than that it works great.

First off, GREAT product! Perfect for my son's room. Great quality, 2 HDMI ports (which is more than enough for him), added an antenna and he gets 48 channels for us cord cutters. Now, the part that REALLY made me give it 5 stars...I bought an Open Box that was Geek Squad Certified (which meant ALL accessories were there) however after I got it home I found out the feet were missing and there were no instructions. I brought it back to the Mall of America store and after they searched the back for the missing accessories, they gave me a brand new one in exchange (basically $8 off). I never have a problem with the customer service at Best Buy and I have to say that the MOA location has officially taken my top spot! Nice job!

I bought this phone to replace my old Kyocera. DEFINITELY an upgrade. The phone is incredibly fast and does everything I need it to do. I am not a big fan of huge smartphones so take all this with a grain of salt, but for me it works perfectly. I can browse the web, play games, and the Best Buy app actually works on this one. If you want a fancy phone that talks to you and lets you play HD games for hours on end, this is probably not your phone. If you want a device that is slim, lightweight, durable, and the battery lasts I would definitely recommend this! The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the power and volume buttons on the back...who does that?? It is fine now that I am used to it, but DANG!

I got this keyboard as a cheap replacement for my broken gaming keyboard. I was originally using this as a band-aid, but I am so satisfied with it that it is now my new gaming keyboard. The keys are a little low and slick so I originally kept hitting the Caps instead of Tab, but I am used to it now so GAME ON!

I bought this phone, got home, showed my wife, and she reminded me that this is the exact same one that her parents have and they have a LOT of issues with it. One of the main ones is that it all of a sudden stopped ringing for incoming calls. They aren't that tech savy, but I am so I took a look...I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it for the life of me! So, with that in mind I returned this phone and got the LG Tribute 2 instead...THAT phone is AWESOME!

Okay, I have a 3 yr old who watches the same movies over and over again. The first Hotel Transylvania is one of the VERY few that I am not sick of! It is still funny to me. We watched this new one last night and it ranks right up there with the first. My son LOVES it (he actually wanted to watch it again right afterwards) and more importantly my wife and I loved it. It is very funny and has enough "hidden humor" to keep us giggling as well.

I initially bought it simply because my 3 year old son saw it, grabbed it, and wouldn't let it go. We were looking for a pair of headphones for him anyways so it all worked out. He absolutely loves them! He actually just wears them around the house for no good reason at all. That is where the BIG plus is because these headphones have a retractable cord so he can't trip on it. I put them on and turned on some tunes to check them out and they have some pretty good sound quality. I also like that the volume can't go too high, but not to the point where you can barely hear anything.

I bought this to replace my Fire TV Stick because the wifi in my house is terrible. I wanted something that I could plug an ethernet cable into and I am NOT disappointed! The speed on this device is incredible! Very fast interface and I get much less buffering now that it is plugged directly into my cable modem. I did have to upgrade my router and change out my CAT5 for CAT6 cables, but that is more likely due to the speed going to the Fire TV and not the product itself.

how far can you have the mouse and keyboard from the computer?
The description says 38 feet, but I kept losing signal at 10 feet away. Should be fine if you are 5 ft or less.

Is the sound quality good? I am hard of hearing and this tv will be used in the kitchen..
The speakers are small and less than 2 watts so you have to crank it up quite a bit. If you get this tv and are hard of hearing I would recommend a SMALL soundbar to go with it.
