Want to know which Desk Top with windows 7 is best for me?
Would love to have an 8 g or more, one that supports on-line gaming, my pictures, my documents, etc. safe reliable, this needs to be fast & have a good size screen, not concerned with removable players, as i am somewhat limited as to moving things with me, have a laptop already, that i use for streaming my music, movies, email etc. already, just want something with more power that allows me to do more. This is my first question ever posted, so please be kind, and also had a windows 8 never could get out of the tiles, there was not much help when i purchased it, so i took it back.
Purchasing a new computer with windows 7 is difficult unless your buy it refurbished. I heard that Dell computers are launching some models with win 7. You need to research it. Personally I have an Acer all in one U5600 series and is very slim, the screen is big 23 inches with I-5 core and 12 gig of ram with Intel graphics, is very good, but getting used to win 8 is very different from win 7. You need some time to get used it, but with patience you can learn the system. I paid nearly $800 in 2013 for Christmas. Remember technology is always changing. Visit Intel website and learn the difference in the different microprocesors available and ask questions at Best Buy when looking for a new computer even if you are not buying one, they will help you. Do any of these new computers provide Windows 8.1 instead of Windows 8?
No, so far the upgrade was release on October last year. If you buy a computer made after that date it will come with the upgrade. Just go to windows store and download some drivers that you computer may need and you will download the new version of security also.
