Bought new washer & dryer & all new connections & install from Best Buy. Dryer quit working & burning smell. Referred to Whirlpool repair service, quickly serviced dryer & found loose power cord in back of dryer, which was installed by Best Buy. Entire wiring harness burned & needs replaced. Whirlpool does not cover cost of new power cord, since I purchased from Best Buy. Visited store in person & called customer service, only to be told no, it's been past 90 days. At least another week until dryer will be repaired & Best Buy won't even be reasonable & cover the $19.99 power cord they sold & installed poorly. $19.99 power cord unfortunately is going to cost Best Buy a longtime & frequent customer.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.
