I went with the geek squad installation and went for the "deal" which was that the mount was included. While the tv is safely mounted, I have a hard time seeing the inputs on the back of the tv because it doesn't seem to come out far enough away from the wall. Also, I was told based on the size of my tv that I really couldn't get a rack that would be able to be tilted side to side as well as up and down, but I'm starting to believe that may have been an exaggeration by the salesperson. But oh well, at least my tv is safely on the wall and guess that's all that matters, safety first!

What's great about it: It holds the weight of my 65 inch tv
What's not so great: Not enough room behind the tv to get access, only slightly tilts up and down

Decent phone setup

It's a decent little set for my apartment,which only has two rooms so the two handsets come in handy. My only real issue is it's not very intuitive, granted I was a little impatient and may not have fully read all the instructions, but it's a phone so I figured I should be easy enough. Two months later, I still barely know how to use the thing.

I wanted something that could give me a battery back up/surge protector so I could hook my cable box & modem up to for those occasional power surges here in Florida. I was told there wasn't anything that could handle he cable box (not sure I believe that), so I went with this one for the modem only, so far so good, seems to be able to handle it, but I still have to wait and watch my cable box reboot everytime.
