Installers removed my old rubber hoses and installed the new stainless steel ones on my new washing machine. They appear to do the job. You do not need a specialist to put on the hoses. Just make sure hot water hose is connected to the hot water part of the washing machine. Same for the cold water hose. Hand tighten then take a wrench and tighten a bit more.

Old washer was removed and the new washer was installed and tested. An explanation was given as to how the washer worked. Any questions I had about the new machine were answered. It was obvious that the installers knew the products they install.

After using my new Samsung washing machine for a month (doing 6 washes a week), I can say without hesitation that I really love it. It holds lots of clothes and is easy to operate. For anyone who is short, be aware that the tub is deep and it may be hard for you to reach down to remove your clothes. Make sure to check out the machine at the store.
