I have a swan 4 camera wired system, that I\has a small hard drive, I am looking at the 8 camera system for better coverage and larger hard drive , how can I keep the 4 cameras giving me 12 , or 10 cameras total running off one system I ,

You have to have a head unit that supports 12 cameras. The unit that comes with the 8 cameras does not support more than 8. Look at Swanns website, I believe they have a package that only comes with 8 but supports 12.
