Make sure your TV supports true HDR and not just 4K. Otherwise, it's almost pointless to get the pro. If you have a real 4K then this is perfect. It's good to see consoles somewhat closing the huge gap between PC gaming.

how does the transferring of data to one system to the other would work on here
It depends on if you still have your original PS4. If so, it's as easy as hooking them up with an Ethernet cable and running through the transfer data process built into the console. That process will start automatically when you boot the new console. If you haven't yet bought a Pro, I recommend going into your system settings and uploading all you game data to the Sony PS Plus cloud. Then retrieving that info when you login to the Pro for the first time under your ORIGINAL account.

Guys, think Best Buy or any retailer will have a trade in program to upgrade to Pro? Like trade in your old PS4, Xbox One, etc for half off the Pro price?
For half off? No way. It's always better to trade in your equipment ASAP. Best Buy, Gamestop, etc lower the value of trade-ins almost immediately after a new version of anything comes out. Best not to wait for them to give you some mystical deal, especially when the PS Pro is selling so well on its own.

So the PS4 Pro won be able to upgrade the 1080p at all? I thought it would upgrade streaming with any TV. I own a 1080p.
I don't think you understand how that all works. It will upgrade 1080p framerate for video games, but it won't do anything extra for 1080p streaming or Blu-ray. That's all based on your internet speed and what services you own. You can stream 4K content through the original PS4, which is almost 4 times the resolution of 1080.
