does case 1 year warranty include phone if it gets wet
phone got wet through case with all seals closed and secure. about 6 months old. took pictures of kids in ocean and now phone won't turn on. obviously it got wet since when I removed the case, camera has moisture behind it??? how do I fix my phone and get a replacement car since this isn't working.

It should. I have one of these cases and I recently had an issue with it. I submitted a claim online to LifeProof with pictures and they sent me a whole brand new case.
