First guys who came, that installed my washer at the same time, couldn't hook it up to the gas pipe. They didn't have the correct coupling. I had to go buy the part and they said it was something I could do myself, but because I paid for the installation, just call the store and they would schedule someone to come out.
The first people didn't install the vent pipe either and said that it was too short (It wasn't).
Upon having the second people come out, they hooked the dryer up to gas, but did not swap out the correct exhaust pipe and didn't even make sure the one that was there was attached.
Turns out the first guys messed up the correct vent pipe and when I went to see if I could connecting things, I couldn't. Talked to the store, they said someone would call me to get me fixed up, still haven't heard anything a week later.
I don't know what to tell you. I can't say that I think that my experience was par for the course, but I was severely disappointed with this aspect of things.

I've only ever used your standard dryer hose, so this thing was something new and to put it bluntly, installing this is for someone that knows what they are doing. If you aren't careful, it can unravel. I don't think that that issue is exclusive to this brand or anything.

I have only had the dryer for a couple weeks, but so far, it has done a good job with doing it's job and is relatively quiet while doing it.
I am struggling to really figure out how to review a dryer. It does it's thing and plays an annoying song when done. It has a number of options I will probably never use, but really, it does it's job and I haven't had any complaints.

It does a good job of getting most of the water out of the clothes to make drying a bit faster.
The only thing I need to figure out is how to get it to not play music when it's done.
