They would not install dryer

I purchased the washer and dryer at the same time, but only the dryer was in stock. I took the dryer home and was told it would be installed when the washer was delivered and installed. However, The workers said they could not install the dryer since they didn't deliver it.

When it works, it works great. However, the error for the water supply has come up 3 times and it's only 1 month old. I have checked the filter every time and there is no debris. After reassembling it works fine for a while and then the error will come on again. For this costly of machine it should work flawlessly.
