Installation was not very good. The installers couldn’t speak english well, very hard to understand or communicate. They installed.a used electric cord, cut and almost destroyed the new vent hose. They did not level the dryer. After I checked the level, it was way off.

Did a lot of research before purchasing this Washer. It has excelled at all the settings and we love it. It replaced a 15year old washer, same brand. Had trouble with mildew in the old washer, but the new design with magnetic catch and drain holes in gasket completely eliminated the problem.
