I upgraded my S7 Edge to this phone. It's battery lasts more than a day for me which the S7 couldn't do. All of my settings transferred over to the new phone with no problems using the included software over WiFi. The phone is a bit heavier than the S7 but not excessively so for its size.

I was hoping this allow enough current through with the charger plugged in to run a portable hard drive, but it doesn't and I don't think it is the fault of this device, but that of the tablet that it's plugged into. It does allow me to use a USB 3 thumb drive at full speed at the same time it is charging.

While this isn't really a laptop replacement, for a tablet running a FULL version of Windows 10 it isn't bad at all. If you plan on running anything more than the built-in or web-based apps, you will need external storage of some kind. In my case that was a 1228GB microSD card that works flawlessly.

The speed and picture quality are excellent. Wired ethernet is a great feature as are the 2 USB 3.0 ports. My biggest concern is the lack of native apps for some of the video that I watch (DirectV Now) as well as some of the games that I enjoyed on my Shield K1 tablet. But these are minor as I can Chromecast to this unit from a PC.

Bought this to replace an aging Galaxy S5. Has performed flawlessly. When purchased I was debating between the Edge and the regular S7 and chose the S7 Edge because it fit my hand better and it had a slightly larger battery.
4G speeds are as good as the WiFi in my home. The quick wireless quick charge works well and doesn't overheat the battery.
