I liked the design where it's not going into ears. But the ear clip is hurting backside of my ear. I tried for the both ears. Same issue.

Initially I thought it will not work without OS. But it worked.
One issue I founded was without OS (empty) I mean when you try to install new OS, the Windows OS detected I/O error. So I have to connect with normal usb, mouse and keyboard to mitigate that issue and install the OS software successfully.
Otherwise it is very good product.
