Home delivery is the best

I purchased an LG top loading washer from Best Buy that was in stock. The salesperson said delivery would be in two days between 8 & 12 a.m.! I was surprised because a home improvement store that carried the same washer in stock couldn’t deliver for three weeks!!! I received a reminder call about delivery the night before. Then, on the day of delivery, the driver called to tell me they would be at my home in approximately 15 minutes, which was within the time that was originally told it would be delivered.

The installers were very professional and quick in the installation of our new washer. They gave a quick overview of how to operate the machine and started a setting to make sure it was working properly at the time of installation. All debris was removed to the truck and my laundry room was left clean and orderly.
