I'm not impressed

When I purchased this washing machine it was great, however since having it for the past year I am less that thrilled and wouldn't mind purchasing a new one. I like not having an agitator, however many times the washer will stop working because it will become unbalanced. I then have to pull the clothes apart and try spinning again, several times before it will work properly again. Also, it tends to release water from the front due to all the moisture being created from inside.
