The movie was pretty funny, just a little over-exaggerated. You definitely have to have a certain sense of humor to think it's funny. Watching a couple times might be better and you may think it's funnier after the 3rd or 4th time watching. And it's 10 times better than Anchorman 2.

The movie was good, but it was just a little over the top. Anything with Denzel Washington is great and he can pretty much pull off any role in a movie without you thinking it's "too much" or could never happen. It was a good movie.

This movie is not only based on a "true" story but really does send chills down your spine. I am a huge fan of scary movies even though a lot of them are kind of corny, however, this one is pretty good. "Annabelle" which is the "prequel" but came out after this movie is just as equally scary in my opinion.

I expected the movie to be funny considering the characters in it and the fact that it said "comedy" on the movie. It was not a comedy, it was more of a drama and quite depressing actually. Do not watch if you're in the mood to laugh.
