Why wouldn't you want to use stainless over a rubber hose?!? For an extra $10 when compared to the rubber hose, it's a no-brainer to have both cold and hot lines covered in a better product. Highly recommend!

After our washer of 10 years decided to die, we were in immediate need of a new one. But we needed it tonight! Searched online and found a different model, but wasn't available. After visiting the store before closing, I took this unit as it was in stock. This unit is the quietest and smartest washer I've ever seen! Load sensing to determine the proper amount of water to use, perfect for those states limited in water usage.
Cons: You need to use HE detergent, which is an easy adjustment to make.
