I went from a Samsung front load to this top load and am glad I made the swap back. The size of the drum makes the amount of clothes being washed look small even with large loads. Excellent cleaning and options available with this washer.

loading detergent
Looked at one of these in the store. Nice machine, but appeared to have a giant design flaw given that the activewash basin seems like it would block easy filling of the detergent drawer. Can anyone weigh in on this issue?
It's really not as bad as it seems. And if you want to just put the required amount straight into the drum you could due to when it begins filling is when it passes the water through the detergent drawer and immediately sends it to the drum. But I still fill the drawer with no problems. It's a great machine and have had no issues with this washer.
