Great washer very large capacity

After reading all the reviews and talking to a relative who has this washer and another relative who is a customer service rep, I decided on this model.to replace a leaking 12 year old large capacity Maytag. The capacity of the LG is much greater than our old Maytag. The cleaning ability of the LG is excellent and our water bill has decreased .Liquid detergent works best. One negative is that due to the depth of the tub you may have difficulty reaching the bottom if you are under 5'4" I am very happy with this washer.

Timely and efficient installation

The washer was delivered and installed at the time designated. The delivery crew was very efficient in their installation and answered all my questions and made suggestions regarding the routing of the water supply hoses and the discharge hose. i am very satisfied.
