This is a great looking watch and a great watch to have if you are using it as it was intended. If you are not the active type then you will have immediate buyers remorse. If you are the active type then this watch is great. Side note if you get some Bluetooth headphones and then sync a good playlist to the watch then you can leave your phone and go run/jog that's how I use it during my jogs. And when u have your phone with you, getting notifications and being able to reply via your watch is a plus

Safely park your vehicle with this Garmin parking mode cable. It supplies constant power to your dash camera to keep the battery life full and records footage if it detects motion while your vehicle is parked. This Garmin parking mode cable is compatible with Garmin dash cams 45 and 55 for versatile use.
Just hardwired the cable. They did not run the battery wire straight to the batter but to something in my fuse box that constantly has power 12volts. When in parking mode it doesn’t appear that it is charging or staying on to record. What should I do?
The connections should be as follows. One to the ground, any ground will do. One to the battery. And one to something switched. The reason is that once you turn your car off, the switched power cuts out. That is what triggers the parking mode. You can set the voltage cut out by opening the device and changing the jumper. But u must have that battery wire hot at all times. Otherwise it will not work properly.

Is there a place in most cars to install the parking mode cable for use with a rear facing dash camera?
Try underneath the rug on the passenger side of the car.

How this thing work during parking
Once u have it wired in properly, it will charge the camera while your car is running. Once you turn your car off your camera will go into parking mode, which is basically a mix of your car battery and the cameras built in battery. Once your car battery drops to a certain level, the parking cable stops charging the device. That way it doesn’t kill your car battery. You can set the drop voltage level to the point you want it by opening the device and setting the jumper. This is a must have for a dash camera. Mine has already caught 2 hit and runs in parking mode in the last 4 months. And since you have a video, it will cut your insurance processing down to one day.
