For a little over $300 bucks you can't beat this TV! Before selecting this one, I tried a comparable TV from LG. As you might expect, that TV failed to meet my expectations. After realizing my mistake, I quickly picked up this TV and couldn't be happier. The picture, the menus, and the overall build quality easily surpass that of the LG. You won't be disappointed if you go with this one.

I was torn between this TV and a similar one by Samsung because the prices and review ratings were comparable. I chose this one because it was 43” v. the 40” offered by Samsung. I owned this TV for several weeks before returning it and ultimately going with the Samsung. I made this choice because an intermittent short on the HDMI port and poor picture/color rendering on the LG. After owning both TV’s, it’s clear I made the right choice as the Samsung is superior in every way.
