I purchased this camera because my ancient one died on me last minute before my wife's EdD graduation. Last minute purchase but the price was awesome and the quality was that of Sony's well known name. Excellent zoom features, pictures while video recording, and recording features were great. The built in wifi and phone app are a cool feature too. Put the camera on a tripod and you can zoom and take pics with controls on your phone.

I have very dense thick carpet and my current vacuum I can't use because I can't push it. I know this has adjustable height but will it still be hard
This will work fine for you. I have tall and thick carpet and have no issues.

i bought my case on January 16, 2015, i paid cash & don't have an account with you. don't know where the receipt is at & didn't keep package, how do i get protection on it
