Fun litte product

I bought this for my parents for a christmas present. It was meant for them to just play around with and have fun with it. Not meant for any smart home etc. We had a great time with it the first few days however after that it kind of lost it's novelty. Fun little product but unless going to use it for other features gets old pretty quick

Unfortunately our washing machine sprung a leak in the bottom of it. So we needed to replace it. Went to best buy to see what they had. Picked one out and had it delivered and old one taken away. Scheduled delivery for a few days after purchase but due to a snow storm it was delayed. That is not their fault and I completely understand this. However, when it was rescheduled is the problem. We never received a phone call about when it was rescheduled to. They state they did call but voice mail was full. That could be but how about calling again!! This is a service that I'm paying for. Luckily I have a flexible work schedule and was able to be home for the next scheduled delivery. When it was dilivered, the service was fine. They promptly removed the old washer and brought in the new one with no problems. The movers did a great job but it was evident that there was a communication/language barrier, so when installing the new one nothing was explained to me on what was done. I asked a couple questions and just got one word answers. Which is fine for a washer install because it's not complicated but if it were a gas stove i wouldn't feel as confident it was done properly.

We had a dead spot for wi-fi in our basement so couldn't access amazon or netflix on our tv. Plugged this in, easy to set up worked like a charm. I plugged it in a basement outlet and we now get great connection. Had difficulty setting up the 5ghz though.

We have had this washer for about a month. Washer itself seems fine. No problems with the washer itself however this is our first high efficiency washer and washing experience is MUCH different. I understand its suppose to save water but not sure its suppose to Save this much. Sometimes feel like clothes are not getting soaked enough. Not sure if its this particular washer or high efficiency itself.

Great for Beginner

This keyboard has been great so far. My 7 year old daughter wants to learn to play the piano so this fit the bill. It is fun for us to tinker around with as well. It is slightly confusing at first with all the programming and different sounds you can make but once you figure it out its great.
