Depending on the game, its two parts can be split or given to a second player, and it can be joined together or connected to the console for handheld play. My daughter's dorm requires a QAM tuner to received the signal there. Does this TV have one?
Samsung's website says that this TV does have a QAM tuner. "ATSC/Clear QAM" are the exact words under the "tuner type" section.

I had this same tv that is now 6 yrs old and has developed a fairly large shadow on
left side of screen???
