We had bought Ooma telo and Ooma handset. The handsets were problematic and bought this product as a replacement. Ooma did credit us for the handsets even though they were out of warranty so very happy with ooma CS.

We had an LG side by side which my wife hated because of the side by side setup. We did have a problem early with the water dispenser. I was skeptical buying a new appliance since the LG was working fine for 5 years but happy wife happy life I figured. Well I must admit this new Samsung is the very best appliance we ever bought! I thought the family hub was just a gimmick but we use it every day to write store lists that sync to our iPhones, listen to Pandora and leave each other notes for the day since we work different schedules. Love the water pitcher infuser and makes plenty of ice. great product!!!
