Expensive, but worth it.

PROs
1) Sound Quality.
2) Beautiful, aethetic, stylish design. Vivid, catchy, glowing blue color.
3) Very thick cord. Won't tear. Won't tangle.
4) Perfect length cord.
5) Sturdy, extra-hard revamped case.
6) Mic/speaker Wire provided.
7) Audio control buttons on wire.
8) Quick folding, compact.
9) Quick large "Mute" button on ear piece.
10) Ear cushions comfort vastly improved from old version.
11) Lit-up LED battery indicator shows you how much battery left.

CONs
1) Cost
2) Built in battery for noise cancellation lasts shorter than AA batteries.
3) Headphones audio dies 100% when the noise cancellation battery dies. So, if built-in battery dies, you can't even listen to music w/o noice cancellation feature.
4) Have to keep holding "Mute" button if you want audio to stay on Mute.
5) Separate wire with Mic/Speaker piece doesn't work with my Galaxy s3.
