The Monitor is great for the price, IPS panel and anti glare is helpful, 23" is big screen, real plug-and-play and can be used as primary or secondary monitor.
Only cons I have noticed that as screen size grows image on 1920 x 1080 does not look sharper, they look more sharper on smaller size monitor.

Why won't this monitor turn on when I press the power button? I have the power cord and HDMI cable plugged in.
Probably power cord is bad or not connected or monitor is bad.
