Bought it because my first one went bust

This is the second dynex cord I buy. I use it in my car with my iPod. They seem great while they last, but when they start to go, you'll notice that only one side of the car's speakers will work. If you fiddle around with they cord you might hear some static on the other side and then both sides will work. Only problem is, any slight movement to the cord and you'll be left with only one side operable again. Hopefully that doesn't happen again with this one. I would have bought another brand but this was the only brand available during my last visit. Other than that tho, I'm pretty happy with this cord overall.

Does this product come in 12 feet?

Not that I know of. Did you mean 12 inches? Twelve feet sounds like an awfully long cord. I know that while I was browsing, I didn't see any cord that was near that length.
