Does this bundle actually come with a full game?
no it doesnt, but does come with Xbox Game Pass 3 month subscription which gives you access to over 100 games to download and play for 3 months and after that the subscription is 9.99 a month, but still worth it. As any new Microsoft first party game will be part of the subscription.

How is this TV powered in the event of power failure? Does it require batteries or what to operate?
if you lose power this tv will not turn on. unless you have a generator running to power a surge protector. there is no battery for it, only works off an electrical outlet.
