I was a little concerned that this washer didn't have an agitator, but I find that my clothes come out perfectly clean and use a LOT less water than my old standard. It does have a higher profile than my old machine, but this allows for even the largest loads my family has. Love that I can see through the lid, as sometimes it's so quiet that I need to make sure it's on. So happy with this, that I'm now looking at the dryer to match!!!

Does the washer not agitate clothes very rapidly like old school washing machines?
My new washer just seems to move the clothes back and forth somewhat slowly without really sloshing them around rapidly. I haven't had a new washer in over ten years so it may be I am a little outdated. Does the 30 minutes of slow to medium speed sloshing really get the clothes clean?
I personally was pleased with the job the washer did. My husband works in an airport hangar in Long Beach, so I was concerned about how clean things would be. SO very happy. Not only are the clothes as clean, but the fact that it uses so much less water just makes my day!!
