This device shows lights only. It is the basic model that Fitbit offers. It provides me with the amount of information that I am looking for. When the information downloads to my computer I get the total calories burned, the total miles walked and the total steps made. If I chose to log my food, I could get a comparison of how many calories I consumed vs how many I burned. I could also use the fit bit to keep track of my sleep. I do not use either of these last two features. I am pleased with what I do use it for.
