Another item that I find ridiculous that I have to buy so that someone will install it. My suggestion- get the manager to throw in these necessary "accessories" for free or steep discount. I was able to.

I love this dryer!

I've only noticed a couple of negative things about this dryer-
1- the refresh cycle leaves my clothes damp. I need to dry them after this.
2- the plastic cover on the lint trap is more of a hassle than its worth. It's an interesting idea in theory, but I still see lint accumulation inside the dryer when the plastic is snapped shut

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

All in all, this is an amazing washing machine

I love this washing machine. I've noticed a couple of negatives- the glass top gets steamy and condensation will build up on the outside edges. I guess this is expected when you reach a certain heat, but I wish there were gaskets to prevent this. Also, make sure the installers ensure your machine is level, otherwise it'll viciously wobble. Other than that, I haven't had a problem with it yet.
