This band works well in some cases and if you don't work in a heavy lifting job, for office or light duty work would be great. Heavy lifting you will flex your wrist just right and it will pop loose and could cause damage to watch.

why are my clothes wet?
I had a load that became unlevel and i was able to find the instructions to reset it, but my loads are not spinning all the water out. Kim
I would make sure the washer is level and make sure of setting if your only washing one or two items.
