Great Experience Initally, Poor Follow Through

My In Home Consultation was for a surround sound system. The representative who came out was very helpful and professional. He really listened to my needs and concerns and helped me create a wonderful sound system the works excellently in my home. I hoping the enjoy this for years to come. On the other hand, the representative also promised to be on hand/site the day of install should any problems arise. We were also going to add extended service contracts to my new equipment, but the representative did not show up and did not respond to messages left. There were no problems during the install process and the two installers were excellent, for which I was very greatful. I ended up just returning to my local Best Buy store to purchase the contracts. So, great process intially with not so great follow through.

They walked me through the process and helped me determine the best location in the room to mount the TV based on my needs and furniture setup. Two installers arrived at my home within the agreed upon time to set up my new LG washer and electric dryer. I purchased the LG front load electric dryer with the pedestal underneath. They were able to bring both items up to my second floor apartment and attach them together quickly. They were able to use the hoses I'd purchased to hook the steam dryer to the water supply. We were able to run a short cycle and one of the installers explained all the functions to me prior to leaving. Great experience and I have not had any trouble with this dryer since the install (only about 3 weeks ago).
