Good Washer for front loader

I like "how" this washer is working, however ever since I received it last month, it has an annoying sweaking sound...I do have the 5 year Geek Squad Contract so I called them shortly after install was done...I was not happy with the initial install so another one was sent to check if leveling was the issue...2nd look at it was no better...I was told there was nothing that could be done...My cousin has exact model with no squeaking..I then called Samsung directly..They said to wait another 2 weeks and call back Geek Squad to request a "service call"..Hoping for the best because I like how it washes, just frustrated with the noisy process..and it is not good advertising for Samsung when family and friends are over while I am doing laundry. It could be I just got a bad one?
