My copy, the 4K disc, would freeze up on chapter 10 through 11. After searching google I found this to be a big problem shared by many. Best Buy exchanged it, hopefully the new disc will play through.

This is our first "buttons on top" style dishwasher. Great for families with small children since they cannot push the buttons. Bad part is we are redoing our counter tips so we can get our fingers in there if we have to stop it. You can set it then close the door and it will run but cannot change anything untill it's finished.
