Large tub, just the right amount of options

Our 10 year old washer died unceremoniously right before Black Friday. The previous model, while long-lived was pretty bare bones and we decided we'd like something with a few more features, but not outrageously expensive.
The Samsung models were on sale, and were recommended by the salesperson and after reviewing and comparing to other models, we decided to go with them. My understanding is that these are the models that were recalled previously, but that newer models have the former issues corrected. I guess time will tell.
So far, performance has been admirable. We can wash twice as much as our previous machine, with less water, and it comes out equally clean. I am rating 4 stars as after only a month or so in use, I can't make a "final" decision yet, but we have been happy with this model so far.

Quiet, large tub, fair amount of options

All Time Classic in "Very Good," but not "Mint."

I've not seen this movie look this good since first seeing it in the theaters back when I was a teenager, but as we all know, there are some soundtrack issues (ironically, like have plagued one of my favorite TV shows, W.K.R.P. in Cincinnati as well). Some of the original tunes simply weren't re-licensable, but there isn't much that the studio can do about that.
It's still enjoyable and one of the best horror movies of the 80s, and at the great price I paid at Best Buy, I was glad to get to enjoy an old favorite again.

Lives up to my expectations

When I first read about the Eco-Tank series of printers I was interested as my existing Epson has great print quality, but burns through ink relatively quickly. The prospect of paying more for the printer, thus not having to subsidize a cheaper printer with higher ink prices, seemed appealing. Printer is faster than my previous printer. Photo quality isn't quite as "photo like" on the same paper (a little shinier, not 100% borderless) but for my purposes is an acceptable tradeoff. I have a daughter who loves to craft and print pictures, so now I don't have to worry quite so much about whether that latest printout will exhaust the ink. Wireless works great on my home network with my computers and our phones and scan and quality is acceptable considering the price. Long-term ink use and durability are yet to be seen, but so far so good.
