I had no problem with the ink, except the black cartridge had leaked out making it not usable. I contacted Best Buy to get a replacement sent overnight as I had run out of black ink that day and needed it. I explained I had no time to shop and hence the reason I online ordered. They informed me they had no overnight option and I would need to wait 5-7 business days for the replacement. I was not at all happy with that. I did receive it in 4 days, but I still believe an overnight option should exist, especially if needed to correct a faulty product!
