Yes, this Energizer extra life charging system for PlayStation 4 controllers comes with everything you need except the controllers. The charging base comes with its AC cable attached and the energizer batteries are actually battery packs that connect to the bottom front of your controller, it's not your typical AA or AAA rechargeable batteries. Once the battery pack is connected to your controller you set the controller on the base and it begins to charge. So far so good..
