surprised me by working

When I bought this I did not realize it was a magnetic mount. It comes with a piece to place on your phone so your phone will then stick "magnetically" to the mount. I have a Samsung S7 active and did not want to put the 2nd piece on for fear that it would interfere with the wireless charging capabilities. I tired the phone straight onto the mount and it works, Apparently the magnetic portion that makes the wireless charging work is adequate to hold the phone to this mount
