Although it cost almost twice the cost of low-end machines in order to get Intel i7 processor with 8GB memory and 1 TB hard drive, with full 1080 HD screen resolution, it was well worth the extra money. Performance is very fast for all functions, it came with enough software applications to get you started with most functions you want, and it looks great. Added bonus is that it runs much cooler than previous laptop.
