The Best Buy delivery truck could not get under a neighbor's PG&E line, so we off-loaded the machine into our own truck and my husband will do the installation. We are still waiting for the propane conversion kit and proper size gas line. Our gas line in the laundry room wall is 3/4" and that was the size they gave us, but the dryer end is 3/8"!! We did not know that until the box was opened. We are waiting for the proper installation parts to arrive from an online Amazon order before we can complete the installation ourselves.

Since the delivery truck couldn't get under a neighbor's PG&E lines, my husband off-loaded the machines into his truck and did the washer installation himself. He did not use the water lines provided because they kept the washer too far away from the wall. He purchased "wall-hugger" lines to use instead.

Since my gas dryer was back-ordered, both the dryer and washer were just delivered a few days ago. The delivery truck was too tall to fit under a neighbor's PG&E line, so my husband went down in our truck and off-loaded the machines and installed the washer himself. It is beautiful and EXTREMELY heavy! It doesn't sit very close to the wall even though my husband changed to "wall-hugger" water valves and electrical plug. I have only done three small loads of laundry so far, but it works great and the items get incredibly clean! We have the same washer at our home in Mexico and I love it as well.
