All my friends were playing it, but I thought it looked.kind of goofy. I went ahead and bought it (~$15 with gamers club).
Man I've had a blast with this game. I'm not even good compared to the others i play with, but that doesn't seem to matter. If you are new to the game I suggest the 4x4 matches.
