Everything was great on the Fitbit Charge HR I purchsed for my wife until the clock started giving the incorrect time. Trying to get a software update and not working.. very frustrating. I have a Fitbit Charge HR myself and have had no problems other than battery life.
I would still recomend but buy the extended warranty
