Bought this as part of an open box pair from BBy; a great machine with more than enough cycle selections, and steam option ( even though I haven't tried it yet) It functions perfectly, is very quiet and we love the pair.

A really great machine; we all love our new pair - the machines basically make most decisions for you once you have determined load content. Use detergent sparingly, especially if you have soft water; be aware of possible mold/mildew growth - let machine air dry when not in use and use bleach regularly.

What's great about it: multitude of cycles, really low detergent and water usage and clothes are spun nearly dry.
What's not so great: Sometimes I get confused by the multitude of choices, but I'm 60+
