My wife and I bought this for our daughter, and she loves it! As parents, the kid-safe virtual environment the Kindle Fire Kids Edition has allows us to be worry-free while they are online or in one of the apps. Also, the Kindle allows parents to fully customize the time children spend in apps, on games, watching videos, etc. The colorful protective casing makes next to impossible to damage the Kindle if/when she drops it. Normally, my wife and I would not buy a screen product for our children, but in this day and age, it's normal to have one, so we practice limiting screen time to road trips and other instances when we need the children distracted in long, uncomfortable settings.

I use it for HD video editing on my laptop, and it never fails! The sleek design allows me to edit while mobile. I'm editing 2 1-hour lecture series on it, holding the raw footage, graphics, and finished product on the 2 TB of space. So far, it looks like it has ample space for all the files I need, and it runs smoothly. The blue color is a nice touch to easily distinguish it from my other portable hard drives.

The movie itself is all-around great, and my family can't get enough of the catchy songs.
The main reason why I rated this product 4 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5 is because Disney didn't release this film on Blu-ray 3D. Disney has been a staunch supporter of Blu-ray 3D since day 1, and I was disappointed that my family won't get to experience this movie in 3D at home...
Note: Disney has "Frozen" in 3D on Vudu (not sure about other online streaming services). While Disney now offers your Disney digital collection online through video services like Vudu and iTunes, 3D presentations of movies require a complete separate purchase.
The main reason why I rated this product 4 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5 is because Disney didn't release this film on Blu-ray 3D. Disney has been a staunch supporter of Blu-ray 3D since day 1, and I was disappointed that my family won't get to experience this movie in 3D at home...

Does this have two microphones to record in stereo
This recorder has mono recording only. Honestly speaking, you probably don't need stereo recording unless you're recording music. I have found recording lectures and interviews on mono is actually better for a balanced, clear recording. Just my 2 cents.

Does it work with a Toshiba Laptop(2009) one?
Was wondering if it works with a old laptop for Toshiba
As long as your laptop has a USB 2.0 port, you should be good to go.

With this type of case would a screen protector still be necessary?
Yes: the case it comes with only protects the edges of the Kindle, but it doesn't protect the screen itself from fingerprints, grease, accidental (or purposeful) spills, sneezes, etc.
